About Me
Hi, I am Yi Ji (計懿), a second-year Ph.D. student in Quantitative Marketing at the University of Hong Kong, where I am fortunate to be advised by Prof. Shan Huang.
I obtained my bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Business Economics from the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where I was supervised by Prof. Chi-Wing Fu, Philip and Prof. Yi-Shan Lee. I am also proud to be an alumnus of New Asia College.
My current research interests focus on AI Applications in Marketing, Economics of AI, and Computational Social Science. Methodologically, I leverage large language models (LLMs), machine learning, and A/B testing to study data-driven decision-making and market behavior.
My research aims to generate insights that are usable and impactful for practitioners. I actively collaborate and communicate with practitioners from leading tech companies—including Google, ByteDance, and Tencent—as well as emerging start-ups.
